The Rules of the Moviefilm Awards

For a Moviefilm Awards can be nominated any film that has a release date in 2012 (by IMDb) and that is longer than 45 minutes. A documentary cannot be nominated. Only american an english films can be nominated (there is an exception of five foreign films a year that can be nominated)
Best Picture: In this category there are 5 films to be nominated. An animated film cannot be nominated in this category (it has its own category).
Best Directing: In this category there are five films to be nominated. Any director of any sex, age and nationality can be nominated.
Best Original Screenplay: In this category there are five films to be nominated.
Best Adapted Screenplay: In this category there are five films to be nominated.
The Leading Acting Categories: There are two leading acting categories: best actor in a leading role and best actress in a leading role. In these categories there are five nominees to be nominated. An actor can be nominated maximum twice in one category. Whether it is a leading or a supporting performance is my consideration.
The Supporting Acting Categories: There are three supporting acting categories: best actor in a supporting role, best actress in a supporting role and best cameo. In the best actor in a supporting role category and in the best actress in a supporting role category there are five nominees to be nominated. In the best cameo category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated. An actor can be nominated maximum twice in one category. In the best cameo category a person can be nominated maximum once in the same category. Whether it is a leadinf or a supporting or a cameo performance is my consideration.
Best Animated Film: Every animated film longer than 45 minutes can be nominated in this category. In this category there are three, four or five films to be nominated. An animated film is a computer 3D animated film, computer 2D animated (or cartoon) film, completely motion capture animated film and stop-motion animated film.
Best Cinematography: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated. An animated film cannot be nominated in this category.
Best Art Direction: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated. This category inculdes the set decoration.
Best Costume Design: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated.
Best Make-up And Hair: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated.
Best Sound Mixing: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated.
Best Sound Editing: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated.
Best Film Editing: In this category there are five films to be nominated.
Best Original Score: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated. In case there are three nominees, a music composer can be nominated just once (in the same category). In case there are four or five nominees, a music composer can be nominated maximum twice (in the same category). Whether it is an original score, or not is my consideration.
Best Original Song: In this category there are three, four or five nominees to be nominated. In case there are three nominees, just one song from the same film can be nominated. In case there are four nominees, maximum two songs from the same film can be nominated. In case there five nominees, maximum three songs from the same film can be nominated. In this category the nomination goes to the music composer(s), the lyrics author(s) and to the performer(s).
Best Visual Effects: In this category there are three, four or five films to be nominated. An animated film cannot be nominated in this category.
Best Cast: In this category there are five film's cast to be nominated. When the film is nominated in this category, its full cast is nominated.
Best Trailer: In this category there are three films to be nominated. Only trailer for the film with release date in 2012 can be nominated. I need to watch the full film to nominate its trailer.
Best Title: In this category there are three films to be nominated. Only a title of a film with release date in 2012 can be nominated. I need to watch the full film to nominate its title.

My new blog

Hi there! This is my new blog.
Don't worry, my old blog is gonna go on, I'm just planning on to work on this blog while the award's season is on. And the time it's over (it's after the Oscars), I'll work on the old blog and rank the nominated performances.
So, what is this blog gonna be about? I'm going to watch as many films released in 2012, as possible and write my reviews here. And in the end of the season, I'm gonna put down my own nominations in these categories:
